Who we are

We are a private limited company incorporated in India that builds business software. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to us athello@myntrixlabs.com. We act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

Personal data we collect

We collect only the data you choose to give us and the limited technical data needed to run the website:

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, company name, area of interest, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form.
• Waitlist details — your email address and the product you registered interest in, when you join an early-access waitlist.
• Technical and usage data — standard server and request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you load the website.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and the website is not directed at children.

Why we use your data

We use personal data only for the purposes for which you provide it:

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or demo you request.
• To add you to a product waitlist and email you about that product’s availability.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent abuse or spam.
• To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a service relationship and to comply with the law. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or for advertising profiling.

How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us run the website and handle enquiries — for example, our hosting, email, and form-handling providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Where your data is stored

We host the website and store enquiry data with providers operating from data centres in India. Where a provider processes data outside India, we do so only as permitted under the DPDP Act and with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact-form enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Waitlist sign-ups: until the product launches and you decide whether to proceed, or until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: typically up to 12 months.

When data is no longer needed and we are not required to retain it by law, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent you have given, at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
